Standard quality whole wheat flour containing bran, rejects and remould. Natural Java is easy to work with and gives great volume. The addition of roasted malt produces an accentuated brown crumb.

100% whole wheat mixture of a standard wheat flour with all the by-products of the grinding. Natural Java has good workability and considerable volume. Contains roasted malt for more crumb colour.
