How long do we retain your personal data?

Sharing data

Personal information that is shared with Dossche Mills can be transferred to or made accessible for other companies that form part of the Dossche Group.

How do we protect your information?

We continuously update and test our security technology. Dossche Mills restricts the access to personal information by our employees and service providers, except as described in this notification. Each employee or service provider who has access to your personal information is obliged to keep such information confidential.

Your information is stored on highly secured servers. When we use a partner for data storage, we will select the latter primarily on the basis of their security level, reliability and experience in storing and handling data, including personal information.

In case of a data breach, Dossche Mills undertakes to fulfil in every respect the requirements of all relevant privacy laws.
