Dossche Mills strengthens market position in Belgium with acquisition of Molens T'Kindt

Dossche Mills, one of Europe’s largest and most prominent milling companies, proudly announces the acquisition of Molens T’Kindt, a renowned Belgian producer of high-quality flour and grain products. This strategic move reinforces Dossche Mills’ position in Belgium and enables the company to serve its customers even better, in line with its long-term vision for quality and customer focus.

The transaction has already been approved by the Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) and was officially signed by both parties today.

Based in Kerkhove, Molens T’Kindt has built a strong reputation since 1946 by delivering quality products in the Belgian flour and grain industry. The company combines modern technologies with decades of expertise and is known for its reliable service and sustainable production methods.
