Harvest update 2026

Due to the extremely warm and dry weather, the wheat harvest started early this year. Growing conditions were generally favourable throughout the season. However, we continue to closely monitor any potential impact on quality.

The first indications from the fields are positive. However, as not all wheat has been harvested yet, it is too early to draw definitive conclusions about the quality of the 2026 harvest. A full quality assessment will only be possible once key parameters, such as protein content and baking properties, have been analysed further over the coming weeks.

We expect the first deliveries of the new harvest in the coming days. The new wheat will be integrated gradually into our blends at each location, depending on availability and the quality observed.

The harvest curve provides a forecast of the expected incoming volumes. This schedule may still change depending on the actual deliveries and will be updated in future communications.
