All the pastry mixes produced by Dossche Mills are very easy to use.  Suitable for roulades, cakes, tarts, muffins, etc.

Star Biscovit: Biscuit (encapsulating) mix characterised by a high whipping potential, airy texture.  Uniform crust that does not seperate from the crumb and does not collapse after baking. Applications: biscuits, roulades.

Star Biscuitmax: Biscuit (encapsulating) mix with a very high whipping volume.  Uniform crust that does not separate from the crumb and does not collapse after baking. The crumb has a nice yellowish colour and is light and open. Applications: biscuits, roulades.

Star Génoise: Biscuit (encapsulating) mix with a high whipping potential.  Has a very smooth texture, an uniform crust that does not separate from the crumb and does not collapse after baking. The biscuit has a nice yellowish colour and a distinctive flavour. This mix is especially suitable for dressing and sprinkling.  Applications: biscuits, roulades.

Star Etna: The mix for a classic cake (pound cake) with a perfect crumb; it can also be used for rich fruitcakes. Applications: cakes.

Star Frangipane Mix: Mix for preparing a succulent frangipane filling, rich in almonds.  Applications: Preparation of frangipane fillings in cakes and pies.

Star Muffin Mix: Complete mix to prepare cakes or muffins with a very moised crumb. Just add water and oil. Both the batter and the baked-off products can be frozen. Applications: cakes or muffins.

Star Oliebollen Mix: 100% mix for the preparation of beignets and donuts. Very user-friendly.

Star Wienercake: A ready-to-use mix to bake a delicious plate cake in a simple and fast way. Fruit, yellow custard or frangipane filling can be added on top of the batter. Applications: large assortment of cake preparations.

Star No-Added-Egg Sponge Mix: A full mix for the preparation of eggless sponge cake. Just add water to the mix to obtain a cake with an airy texture and good volume. Applications: Egg-free sponge cakes.
