Dossche Mills is a major European wheat flour mill. Its divisions also produce and supply bakery ingredients and frozen dough. The company was founded in 1875 and is part of the Dossche Group of Companies, a family-owned entity for which prime quality standards  and customer-oriented marketing policy are  the overall guiding principles.

The Group owns 12 production sites located throughout Belgium, France and Poland where a total of 1000 people are employed. The turnover of the Group is EUR250 million.

Dossche Mills, with a turnover of EUR 115 million, grinds 1.500 tonnes of wheat a day, which corresponds to 1.100 tonnes of flour daily, both in Deinze and Antwerp. Thanks to the central location of the facilities, the company is able to supply fluently the North of France, the Benelux and Germany.

Dossche Mills is a strategic shareholder in United European Flour Mills(UEFM). UEFM is the largest European exporter of wheat flour and exports 500.000 tonnes of wheat flour yearly. The range is carefully designed to answer the needs, wishes and trends in the various customer bases worldwide.

In addition to bakery ingredients, wheatflour, mixes and  related wheat products, Dossche Mills also markets the frozen dough products of its sister company, Gourmand. Gourmand is a specialist in the field of bake-off products. Both in the traditional  bakeries and in sheer bake-off corners, Gourmand stands for a continuous availability of freshly baked puff pastry, pastry and snack items.
