Composition of flour types

Next comes the composition of our various types of flour in a modern mixing facility. The basic flour types are ready in the end silos for the basic flour, with several silos of each type. The other ingredients (vitamin C, malt and gluten, etc.) are ready in smaller silos and are released for use after a quality control.

The composition of the various types of flour takes place fully automatically and is computer operated. After the weighing of the various ingredients, registration and automatic mixing, one obtains a perfectly homogeneous mixed product of the desired flour type.
