Within the R&D (Research & Development) Department of Dossche Mills, a dedicated and professional team constantly works on optimisation and innovation in the field of bakery products. The activities  of our research group is focussed on the following areas:

Constantly striving toward quality upgrades in the existing products within our range by testing and applying new ingredients and revolutionary production methods. In this context we follow the evolutions in the realm of new raw materials and techniques most carefully. We study which extras advantages each innovation may represent for our products and for our customers.

Extensive development of new products in the context of which we keep a close eye on the latest trends within the foodstuffs industry. The range offered by Dossche Mills is thus expanded by a few new creations each year. Intensive research into tailor made products in which we work together with our customers to create specific solutions. Here we formulate tailor-made products that fulfil the specific wishes of the customer. The final tailor-made product is preceded by a thorough research phase, extensive laboratory testing and experiments on a (semi) industrial scale. We can also offer our customers intensive and dedicated support if they so desire. Dossche Mills does this using a professional team of demonstrators and engineers that can provide technical support on location. In addition, each year we organise a number of study days and workshops focusing on various topics for our customers.
