Flinn stands for Flour Innovations. These are mainly flour varieties which have been developed for the food industry and for the cake and pastry sector.

A completely new unit for the thermal treatment of flour has been built in Deinze near Ghent and came on stream officially in October 2005.  From this unit, physically treated flour is distributed to most countries in Europe.
